Donald Trump Jr.’s Children—Kai Madison Trump
The politician’s oldest son, Donald Trump Jr., has five children from his first marriage to Vanessa Haydon. The pair welcomed their eldest child and the first granddaughter of the 45th and 47th president in May 2007.
